Temperature control

The temperature control and the temperature recording are significant and important elements in the field of heat treatment.

From different methods of temperature control, in the range from 0°C to 1.200°C, the electrical measurement of temperature has been turned out as standard. A thermocouple converts heat into electrical power by the principle of thermoelectricity. The thermocouple consists of two different metals (e.g. NiCr-Ni), which are connected on one end. A temperature difference generates by the heat flow an electrical voltage.

By the spot welding process the thermocouples are placed on the surface of the work piece. The temperature profile is controlled by program-controller, which control the executable temperature profile automatically. This temperature profile can be recorded analog or digital.
