Heating Elements
To carry out various kinds of heat treatment, various kinds of heating elements can be used. The selection depends on the type of the object and the heat treatment temperature. Please refer to the matrix below.
The heating elements consist of pink, robust, high-temperature-resistant ceramic (96% Al2O3). The heating coil or heating strands used consist of the quality NiCr 80/20.
The connections are (except for channel heater elements) equipped with 25 mm ² welding cable connector, the transition from cold to heating wire cable is butt-welded. As a mark of this weld a white ceramic sleeve is used. All Channel heater have a terminal block. Additionally, we offer a low cost heating element repair service.
